This is so amateur it looks like a student film. I managed to watch 15 minutes and couldn't watch anymore. The ridiculous dialogue, etc., in the scene with Michael Chiklis was all I could stand - looked more like a comedy, it was so absurd.

Timothey Dalton was actually 100% straight - beleive it or not.

Utterly impractical weapon even if they managed to build it. You'd squeeze off a few shots before the other side pin uses the trajectory to locate where it is and then blows it to smithereens. And this movie manages to be impressively terrible - some decent acting by Langella, location shoots and then some atrocious pacing, direction and editing. And good god Kevin Spacey is bad.
